HOW IT WAS DONE
This piece was captured in Halibut Point State Park, Rockport, MA. It was taken at around 6:30pm (golden hour at the time), just as the tide was coming in. Because of the geography of the area the waves can reach impressive heights, about 10-12 feet high.
